Something burst in my leo's belly??

I recently got a female leo from an expo. Since the first day I got her, she had this white mass in her belly, looks almost as if something has burst. When I saw her at the expo she was extremely skinny, she is also gravid. I couldn't leave her there with those people so I paid $150 to save her. I've been working to get her to eat and gain weight. She is eating fine now, but the white mass is still in her belly. Please help me figure out what this is, i'm worried I might lose her. The first 2 photos are of her and the last is a normal female in comparison.

Her tail doesn't look super skinny but I'd need a top-down shot to say for sure. The yellow looking things look like they might be eggs but I don't know about the white one in the middle. It could be an old egg or scar tissue? I would recommend getting her to a vet if her health is declining so someone with experience can see it first hand and help you figure out what might be best to do. Okay thanks! She is rather skinny to be gravid. I do know she is though, her belly is somewhat bloated and the eggs are visual with a flashlight.The people I bought her from didn't seem to care much about her, she was set aside in a dirty little container, skinny and very aggravated. Once I got her home and let her settle, she became super docile. I'll be taking her to the vet tomorrow to see whats wrong with her belly. Here is a couple more angles for you. agreed. defo take her to the vets, keep us updated.
i would like to say that hopefully its just a fat deposit. I lost a leo a few months back due to an egg rupturing from the oviduct duct into the abdomen. make sure they check for that when you go.
