Noticed it the other day, but has gotten significantly more noticeable.

Its obviously some sort of infection but I can't tell what.

Anyone?

It looks like shed skin. Good photo :) If you're comfortable cleaning it out with plain sterile saline, you may or may not need to q-tip it out. A good stream can often remove it. If it's not removed infection will occur, and you'll need a vet.

Just flushing the eye seems to be working a little, its in the bottom of the eye so she cant get it out with her tongue.

Im going to probably assist her with shedding she doesnt seem to go in her humid hide much, as least as i see.

My female has it in the top part of her eye. I never see her licking lol. I have a little dropper. Probably gonna pick up some still water later tonight and try putting some on her eye to help get it out

Use plain sterile saline, available at any store in the contact lens section. Further complications frequently arise if the shed remains. If you are unable to remove it, seek a qualified reptile vet soon. Observe their technique so you can learn how to take care of this in the future.

So would this work? And how often? It dosnt seem to be bothering her, but id like to get it out asap before something else occurs because of it.

Yes. It can be streamed into the eye or q-tipped for shed removal, whichever works best. Some people use tweezers but I don't recommend this because injury could easily result. It's already stressful enough for the gecko without added discomfort. I don't do it more than once a day, again because of stress. This has been a very successful routine for me, I have never had a tail drop or injury to the gecko, even for an ongoing situation under veterinary care.
