Something "stuck" in gecko's anus

My gecko had some pooping problems tonight and was spending a lot of time licking there. I saw that there was something stuck in there. She previously had issues with stuck shed or some poop that hadn't cleared out, so I soaked her in warm water and then tried clearing the obstruction.

And it didn't clear out and now I'm taking her to the vet in the morning probably. I'm checking for any advice on what it could be for now and keeping her soaking in warm water. It is an albino leopard gecko and has been mostly eating wax worms over the last month.

Im really not sure what that is, trip to vets is the best idea if it didnt pull out.
wox worms for a whole month is really unhealthy :S is she just refusing to eat any thing else?

Turns out it was poop?

Just before leaving to take her to the vet, she did poop in the corner and now looks like this.

Weirdly, it never fell off overnight and when I looked this morning (when it wasn't soaking wet) it kind of looked like a semi-transparent tube.

Feeding primarily waxworms I'm sure is hell on her digestive system. They are high in fat, terrible for the liver, and will cause runny stools.
