K my female SHTCTB is usually a champ at eating (15+ mealies every feeding), but recently i moved her to a new tank with different hides (no worries everything that supposed to be in the tank is in there) and different stuff...i boiled everything before putting it in and disinfected the tank as well. But heres the problem, she has a normal feeding response, attacks the mealworm chews it, and tries to swallow it but spits it out like theres something in her throat thats painful to swallow? theres no grunt or anything just a look of shock when she spits it out (like WTH was that). Im not sure what to do, its only been 2 feedings and shes done it both times, but im not exactly sure whats wrong. Im feeding mealies btw.

sorry if this is the wrong section so feel free to move the thread if need-be, there could be several sections this could go in.

It could just be due to stress. I have seen many geckos have a feeding response, and without even thinking go after a prey item, but decide they are not hungry and won't finish consuming it. It very well could be due to the stress of her move. I would give her another few days to acclimate herself, and try again.
