Spaceweather.com documented that 'cloud', which they believe is the exhaust from when the boosters were ejected. I heard it was luminescent until way after sunset. I'm so jealous that you got to see it! Man... consider yourself lucky, because there are only like, 5 or 6 space shuttle missions remaining.

Oh yeah, on March 31st the space shuttle and the International Space Station will be visible 'following' each other in the southeast. I've seen this once before and it's one of the most memorable 2 minute periods of my life.

Go HERE for the satellite tracker. Punch in your zip code and it will give you all the information you need to know about watching prominent satellites passing overhead (including flybys of the ISS and orbiter).

Awesome!!! about 8 years ago I was able to go and actually watch it take off that was the best experience ever. I will have to remember to watch for the ISS according to that sight It is going to go over head here April 1st.

To infinity and beyond!

That cloud is actually the worm whole they create to travel back to the real Earth... The space program is an elaborate scheme to deceive us while they send back test info... That's right, this is just a test... I repeat, this is just a test...

LOL... Just kidding... *doodoo deedoo doodoo deedoo* :inquisitive:

Great pictures Jenn. I didn't have my camera ready when the shuttle launched.
I had an awesome view from my backyard. I'm less than an hour away from Cape Canaveral. ^^
