Species Confirmation?

I found this gecko outside my school's office (I'm a teacher.) I brought it in to my class to observe. I've had it for about 3 days now, and it started shedding the 2nd day. I think it is a Mediterranean gecko, but I would love a 2nd opinion.

It's doing very well! I finally saw it eating some crickets, so I feel a lot better about how it's adjusting than I did at first. It's really a very shy gecko... It's much prettier now that it has finished shedding. Here are some updated pictures...

Is there anything special I should know about how to care for it? I have been misting it and feeding crickets like I do with my other little friends, and it seems to be doing well, but I want to make sure I am doing this right.
