"Spider' has a sister 19 days younger than her
and although dwarfism does not appear in her.
......the hint of"small-ie-ness-ism" seems like it could be present.
Body proportions seem to be gecko normal....
but she is tiny also
(unless she sprouts quickly..she may be termed a
Midget or just a tiny tot baby sister.
.....Spider invited her to come from Arizona for Thanksgiving
and little sis has tried to stay a bit longer.....but IDKSAA
Spider checked her out
right away, with the combination tasting
and cobra tail dance routine. After the snake tail thing
Spider wanted to be friendly (good sign) but sis wasn't
that quick to admit she was related yet......Although as
you will see in the photo she kept close to Spider
except for the thickness of the humid hide. Spider fell asleep
but kept one eye open.
....that was a once in a dwarf gecko time scene.....
No, I'm sorry Mr. Post I didn't get it on video.
(and I'm upset with myself that I wasn't done reading
the manual on DVD recording 101 for my Son's camcorder.)
Did I already say a "once in a gecko time performance"
I TEND TO DIGRESS...in these "Golden Years"
I'm dedicating my choice of color coding today to SAM....
He's the Kooliest gecko hunter in the west....
Here is the only photo I have so far of "Spider" and
her baby sister, "Bumble".....
more later with photos and info after their
de-come-stress-ing period and blood work results
return from HJ COMICS...................................
take care. HJ
