So I have just put tile in my tank after having paper towels. I was wondering should I just scrape the "poops" off with a paper towel or is there something safe i should use to spot clean with the geckos in there?

I always remove my geckos when I'm cleaning...even spot cleaning. There are various reptile safe cleaners on the market, some of which you can find at pet stores. I personally use a vinegar solution I mix myself, and then disinfect with a bleach solution once a month.

i also have tile, i pick up the poops with a kleenex (after they're dry) and then wipe it up with an unscented baby wipe...works really well for spot cleaning, it dries fast so i dont even remove the geckos =)

put a piece of toilet paper where your leo poops and then jus dispose of the toilet paper after he goes and just replace it.

I use baby wipes for spot cleaning too. In fact I use baby wipes for a million things everyday......spills on the floors, counters and table, kid's faces and hands, the bathroom counter and sink, reptile tanks, my keyboard and mouse, in the car. Baby wipes rock!
