Spot on head?

Hi everyone,

I have been thinking about adopting a gecko and found a local one on craigslist that needs rehoming. The owner supplied a few pictures of him to me and I think he's gorgeous but noticed a big brown spot on his head. Should I be worried? Or is this as harmless as, say, a freckle? (and yes, I realize he's on sand)

Looks like a normal spot from what I can see, I wouldn't worry.
