Stacking containers in the incubator

Hi everyone, it me again...

I have purchased a nice higher end incubator with helix controlled therostat and wonder if I can stack the deli cups on top of each other in the incubator? The deli cups have holes on the sides (not the top in the lid). I am anticapting 500+ eggs this season and need to know if I need to purchase other incubators.

It's shouldn't be a problem stacking the egg containers. I use oblong shaped Rubbermaid food storage containers without any air holes at all, and stack them 2-3 high on each shelf.
