My gecko got a couple small wounds on her head because my cat got to her and she ever since she hasn't eaten crickets or mealworms. I got her to eat some waxworms a couple weeks ago but she is so thin I can tell she doesn't have much time left. The wounds became infected and she had a large abscess on her head that I drained and cleaned out, but she also has what looks like a swollen gland under her chin preventing her from eating. I purchased some flukers repta+boost so I could get some kind of nutrition in her but I'm worried I might be too late. Is there anything else I can do other than taking her to a reptile vet.

She sounds like she needs a vet. If she has infected wounds, she probably won't eat until getting antibiotics. The infection can spread through her body. Good luck.

agreed, you need to get her to a vet asap. poor things most likely super stressed out too :(.

try syringe feeding her a slurry mix that will keep her going until you see a vet.

hope she recovers.

If she has an infection she definitely needs a vet and some antibiotics. Sounds like that's what's going on with a lump under her chin. arav.org is a great place to find reptile vets in lots of areas. Fingers crossed she gets better!
