STRANGE LOOKING EGG

Well, my Bandit laid are very first egg. But, it is so long, that it would not fit in the cradle of my G.E.O. cup. I really think it will be infertile; but of course, I am incubating it anyway. She only laid this one, but it is HUGE!!! That is a dime next to it.

Looks like a corn snake egg lol. I've seen some that are long and have hatched out, so you never know.

Sorry, to say the egg was not fertile. It started smelling REALLY bad. Had to toss it.:main_no:

Thanks!! She actually laid a good egg three days later. Poor girl, she had that monster egg and a normal egg inside her. Ouch!!

hello i have some leopard gecko eggs, it is normal to have gray spots? One egg is 3 cm other is 3,5 cm. They are 45 days

They maybe either getting ready to hatch, or they are turning bad. I never toss mine until they start smelling. You will know when it is time!!! What is your incubating temp?

I am so late seeing this post. I have seen some hatch with the sack. They will absorb it while in the incubator. Once, I see it is gone, then I move them to their new 6QT tub. Hope everything went well!!!

Gray spots... You mean like, right side on the left one? Yeah it's normal. However i'm curious to know what are those grey lines that look like cracklings..?
