Does anyone know signs of a leo being stressed out

Lack of appetite, pale colors or muddy colors, lethargy or hyperactivity (depends on what's stressing them out).

The above, plus stress can impair the immune system, giving parasites a foothold too. So an explosion of nematode ova in the fecals of a normally parasite free gecko would indicate stress as well.
