stubborn or just not eating?

Would adults and sub-adults raised on crickets refuse to eat mealies later on in their lives? I have two that arrived about a week or so ago and they just refuse to eat for me. I will leave a bowl of mealworms in there with them, and they won't touch it at all. They're not interested in them a single bit. Temps are good so that shouldn't be the problem...
I'll buy some crickets and try that later...but kind of frustrated right now not knowing what's wrong. They're both active and happy otherwise

they could still be adjusting to the move. if they havent eaten any mealies by monday id try crickets... if they eat the crickets be persistent with the mealies. theyll eventually try them.

Give them time. Eventually they will be soo hungry they will force themselves to eat (a trick native fish keepers use). So by monday try this. What I do when I feed my geckos is I take the hides out and drop 1 mealie at a time infront of my gecko. I do this for several reasons. 1. I like watching my geckos eat. 2. I like seeing how much they eat. 3. Make sure there are no survivors running around the tank (or in this case crawling).

Thanks! I will give it a try, one of them is in shed, so I suspect she won't be interested in food for a while. But my male is actually a bit on the lanky side, that's why I worry about him. He loves my hand, and when he sees my hand he'll stick his tongue out to lick, but he's not at all interested in the mealworm I'm holding. I do drop the mealies in front of them, but they just watch them crawl by without the slightest even the slightest notion of catching it. They're not interested at all.

Well, okay, the boy was very enthusiastic about crickets, but being an albino, slow to catch them. Which is another reason why I don't like feeding crickets...I don't like to just dump them in and have them run loose without knowing whether they'll be able to get to them or not. How many crickets do you guys normally feed each day? How many are they supposed to be eating?
