Stuck eye shed

Theo shed about 4 or so days ago and I noticed today that his left eye is all cloudy, Im assuming it is stuck shed since he has that issue pretty frequently but I dont know how to get it off. Everytime I try to gently wipe the eye with warm water he (naturally) closes the eye.
I dont really have the money at the moment to take him to a vet, so was wondering if theres anything I could do, and if anything has had/fixed this issue before.

The rest of him is fine.

Does he have a humidity hide? Do you give him multivitamins?

It can be caused by several reasons which need to be corrected.

Due to the fact it's the eyes in most cases they should be seen by a vet if it does not resolve itself soon.

Instead of water use sterile saline which can be bought in pharmacies.

He does have a humid hide and dusted food and a dish of calcium with vitamins.
