Stuck shed in eye what should I do

One of my hatchlings have been squinting for a while now, but I never got worried since d he ate perfectly fine. But now I knoe why shes been squinting. I believe she has gotten some stuck shed in her eye. Im super nervous. What should I do?

What I would do is put her in a tub on wet papertowels, let her sit in there for a bit, and then ever so gently take a wet q-tip (that way no stray fibers could get in the eye) and see if you can wipe it off suuuper carefully. Maybe hold her to keep her still if need be.

Gecko humidity treatment as above, and you can also buy a bottle of pure saline eye drops to wash out the eyes. You'll need to soften it up until it comes loose by itself and can be slid out. Don't peel!
