I know a fair amount of you have said in the past you use newspaper for the floor of your enclosures. Is printed newspapers okay? I was concerned about the ink ...

Its recommended NOT to use newspaper with ink actually. I've read that it COULD be harmful. I wouldn't take the chance though when they're other options like paper towel or butchers paper if you can get it. :main_thumbsup:

If you have 1 or 2 tanks id suggest tile, easy to clean and cheap. If you have multiple enclosures I would suggest paper towel, put a separate piece in there poop corner so you don't have to constantly change out.:main_thumbsup:

I've found that printed newspaper ends up leaving their bellies and feet a little greyish if on it over a longer period of time.

If you go to a newspaper office, you can ask for an end roll. It's just a small (to them, it's actually quite a bit of paper) unprinted roll that's left after printing newspapers.

you should try reptile carpet, its orderless and absorbs great!
