Suggestions for cage furnishings cleaner

I've been using Zoo Med Wipe Out 1 when I clean my geckos' enclosures on the enclosures themselves, as instructed, and have been washing all the cage furnishings in warm water, but I feel like that's nowhere near good enough (and it probably isn't). Does anyone recommend a solution on the market or one that can be easily made that is non-toxic to the geckos and can be used on the cage decor/hides/water dish/etc?

I personally use vinegar.
