Does anyone have suggestions for arboreal geckos that can live in a 14x14x24flexarium I came across them for a cheap price so I picked up 6. I had the intentions of getting crested, tokay and day gecko pairs but was curious what else they would house nicely. An suggestions are greatly appreciated.

-Thanks

hm...
I know people that have housed gargoyles in flexariums.
But I personally don't know I would as it can get VERY dry here in the winter.
Humidity would be difficult to keep up in those cages unless you taped off 2-3 sides of it.

I personally would not put any tokays in their let alone a pair.
Keep in mind a tokay will get 10-12" if you have a large one maybe even 14"
Thats already half the tank.
Just a thought

pygmy bearded chameleons, although there not geckos, they are very interesting, and like most chameleons they can live in screen cages, and they only get a few inches so they could live very comfortably in that cage.

Thanks,I was thinking about getting a few but around here the only ones i can get are not so hot looking WC's, but if i come along so quality ones i will consider it.

If you're talking about putting chameleons in screen cages, these are probably the exception. Bearded pygmy chameleons (Rhampoleon brevicaudatus) do much better in vivaria with good ventilation, but not entire walls of screen. I keep them along with a R. nchisiensis, and Brookesia superciliarus (all in different vivaria of course) a couple years back.

They're easy enough captives, but stress somewhat easily and putting them in an-all screen cage would be a mistake unless you live somewhere tropical. Get a 10-20 gallon with a screen top and better yet, a vivaria tailored to their requirements.
