What would you get if a Mack Super Snow was crossed with a Red Stripe? I know Mack snow is codom and RS is line bred. So would the offspring be the middle of the two? Im picturing a Super Snow with red lines down its back... lol sounds farfetched but was wondering if anybody has tried it. Oh btw they are my 2 favorite morphs, dreaming of a mix LOL.

I think the offspring of a Mack Super Snow X Redstripe would probably just be all normal Macks (het. for Redstripe?). As for the Super, my guess is that the stripe genes would not be able to compete with the "typical" Mack Super Snow phenotype.

Some have made Mack Snow Stripes, using the RS genes, they are just that in appearance. Nothing different because the dominance of the Mack gene makes them "snows", or "supers".
This season sometime I will be doing:
Mack Snow Albino "het" Reverse Stripe X Mack Het Albino "het" for Reverse Stripe, and also some Giant Macks that are "het" for Stripe, and het for Albino.
Im not sure the Super Snows that are produced will be much different, I am hoping to make "Patternless" (like the Aptor) SSA`s, from that cross.
A Reverse Striped Super Snow/Albino wouldnt be so bad though.

Why hasnt RT done any work with Mack snows? Youd think he would of jumped on them... Especially since it is believed that the mack snow gene is the new way to produce genetic black geckos. And right now he is intrested in the solid eye traits.

Youd think hed of mentioned something or sold some of the babies by now. Im sure hes gonna cross them with his Raptors to make "Diablo Blanco version II" Hes also been quoted for saying that the mack snow gene might be the key to a solid black gecko. If hes working on them how would he do that? In recent years his projects have all been "brighter is better." I would like to see a super snow super giant albino though :main_yes:
