Super Worm question

I picked up 100 super worms for about 7$ today at a local reptile store. My question is how much should I feed and how often? Right now I fed each of mine 4 Supers and every other day. I was also curious about how many mealies would equal a Super?

Occasionally mine will eat 4, like after laying eggs. Normally they eat 2-3, but when I first started using supers they acted like they wanted to gorge themselves so I only gave 3. Never had a regurg -ever. Sometime the males will take 1 every day because they see me offering to the girls laying. I want to make sure they eat all the want while laying so they have plenty of supplement and no weight loss. Just my opinion but I think once they grow secure there is plenty of food the cut themselves back. Normally I would feed every other day but we have 9 breeding females so there's a lot going on in the rack right now that keeps the boys perked up

As for size ratio, it depends how big the mealies are. They can be weighed to get an exact comparision.
