Could anyone chime in on how many beetles I would need to pupate to feed 2-3 geckos. I've never done supers or mealworm's and I don't want to end up with a crap load of worms and no where to get rid of em. At the moment I have 8 beetles.

Getting superworms going takes a while. It takes about 2 weeks to turn full sized worms to pupa. Then it takes another 2 weeks for the pupa to turn into beetles. 2/3 weeks after you have beetles youll start to see baby supers. It takes about 3 weeks to a month for the supers to get big enough to feed. Adding a little heat helps them grow faster. I keep my baby supers in the same rack as my baby geckos.

With 3 geckos I would start changing about 12 super worms just to be sure I have enough. When they all turn to pupa start another 12.
