JUST CURIOUS DOES ANYONE FEED SUPERWORMS AS A STAPLE FOR BEARDED DRAGONS? HOW IMPORTANT IS THE SIZE OF PREY? The size of your food should be no more than the space between your beardie's eyes in width,OR LENGTH? SO 4 EXAMPLE A LG SUPERWORM IS TOO BIG FOR A 6-7 MONTH OLD? WHEN WOULD A BEARDIE B READY FOR LG SUPERS AND ONE MORE THING WHAT ABOUT DUBIA ROACHES? ARE THESE GOOD FEEDERS?

Our main staple is dubia roaches (plus greens). Our male is almost a year old and can each full grown dubias. He was eating large ones for quite awhile before then. I hardly ever give him superworms. He does really like silkworms and hornworms.

We feed supers to all are adult and subadults along with dubias, discoids. it is true to match the prey to the dragon but giving a few supers a day to a subadult is fine.

My beardie eats supers without an issue. I just make sure I gutload them and dust them and all of that wonderful stuff. :)

Food is such a controversial subject, particularly with beardies.. But I've not had a single problem with them, nor have I seen any problems with my dragon.
