Good question, but I would imagine that any supplement would degrade with oxidation. I know that if you mix the calcium with the vitamins too much in advance they do.
Yeah, I was aware of the mixing issue with Calcium and Herptivite but was wondering about leaving the containers open to the air. I have always left the containers open for convenience. I'm having egg issues so I'm examining all my procedures and practices for possible deficiencies.
What about others...anyone have issues with open supplements or anyone keep them open all the time and never had egg problems, if that's possible?
They ship the containers sealed but I don't think there is a note on the container to keep the top closed? Oxidization would be the big problem I would guess...
I always thought the process of mixing rep-cal to herptivite while manufacture was harmful to the supplements, never knew they would degrade more mixed after production.
But, as with every supplement and medicine to humans, they degrade and lose potency as well as expire.
