While doing my daily cleaning feeding, and egg checking I found one of my females laid a clutch. This wouldn't be anything thing surprising except she just laid 5 days ago!!! Both clutches are fertile. This is the quickest turn around I've personally ever had in 6 seasons of breeding leopard geckos.

I didn't know either. I have several hundred babies under my belt and this is the quickest turn around I have had by far. I keep all my animals individually so there isn't a chance that these are eggs from another female. I also take it one step further and label each hide/lay box with the female's ID so while we are pulling eggs we can set all the lay boxes aside until we are done looking for eggs rather than having to stop and set up each clutch so as to not mix up clutches. I honestly hope she doesn't keep it up because she needs the time in between to recuperate from egg laying. Thankfully she's been feeding great and has maintained her weight well.

Impressive! And they look very well-developed for only 5 days in the belly!! Maybe her body started producing them before she'd laid the last clutch?
