Switching Feeders

All my geckos are currently eating Superworms. They eat them with no issue. I have tried every sort of container to keep them from escaping to no avail. Would it be hard to switch them over to mealies? Would it be best to just try it? Are they considered the same nutritionally? I was planning to buy 5x the mealies are supers does that seem right?

it doesnt hurt to try to give them mealworms. Its actually insisted on mixing up the feeders. like give them supers one day then mealies the next and then crickets. Its always good to keep mixing up their food. not a bad thing. try and see what they do, the might be hesitant at first but they may like them just as much.

superworms have more nutritional value,

what kind of container are you keeping you supers in... i have about 500 worms and 200-300 beetles and havent had any escape

I'm talking about food dishes. I am currently using the Superior lidded food dishes. I don't like worms creeping around their tubs. I normally feed 3 times a week ensuring to always leave 10 worms in the dish but despite all efforts they escape. I think I'm going to try mealies and if they don't eat them I'll go back to supers.

This might help. Here is a tub from the rack. 16qt.

They are escaping the dish.
My main concern was how hard it would be to switch them. I don't want them not eating for a week because I want convenience.
