Swollen Glands Under Throat

I did post this elsewhere but I thought I would ask the leopard crew...

I have a knob tail gecko and i noticed yesterday that it has two swollen bubbles under its throat. The two bubbles are identical and there is one on either side of the throat.

Will try get a picture but I wanted to know if anyone knows what this might be. Should I be concerned and take it to vet?
