Symptoms of D3 overdose..?

Hello, I'm wondering if some of my Geckos which became sick and died later didn't got D3 overdose..

They started puking their meal, then stopped eating. Totally! Later on, "injected" food wasn't digested well if at all.

Symptoms of D3 toxicity can mimic the symptoms of calcium deficiency (malformed bones, calcium "bumps" on joints) and also include weight loss and kidney failure.

That being said, it not common to get to the point of toxicity using traditional reptile supplements. You'd really have to be piling on the D3 or combining a good amount of supplements with lots of UVB lighting. Things such as parasites, dehydration, or wrong temperatures would be good to review first.
