We have a 55 gal tank with 3 females in it ( these 3 have been together for almost a year in a 20l and we just moved them to the 55). Yesterday we have a huge fight between 2 of them. My giant got the worst end of the deal (she is just a big baby not a fighter). She has 3 big bite places on her tail. I immediately soaked her in warm water then applied neosporin. She is now in her own tank. Is there anything more that I should do for her? I gave her extra vitamins on her food. Should she be on antibiotics or is the neosporin enough? I have to take one of my others to the vet tomorrow for possible egg binding....should I take her and have her tail looked at? I would just hate for her to loose her beautiful tail. Thanks as always your advice is appreciated.

maybe you should have tried introducing the 3 females at different times.

sounds like they got stressed from the move and didnt like the idea of other girls being around them when they are stressed from the move to another tank

The 3 females have been together for a year. I didn't introduce any new ones. It was just those 3 that we moved from a 20l to a 55. We have 4 dry hides in there and 3 humid hides so everyone had their own space.

I would introduce them all at the same time so each has a chance to settle in without any other of them being dominant and established there. You might try to create more variety of hiding and basking places, also use different heights if you can. There is definitely a dominance hierarchy going on with geckos in general. The new terrarium provided them a chance to fight for new territory, thus the tail wounds. If this continues after you put her back in once she is healed, then you definitely need to redesign the "furniture" or not put her back in there.

Another concern is that they are matched weight-wise, don't let anyone get an advantage there or bloodshed and/or wasting can definitely result.
