I was trying to adjust a lid for my creasteds so they will quit escaping. I was using a blade and hot glue.I was removeing some extra and set the blade on the side then use a screwdriver to chip at it and sliped down the side on the lid pinningthe blade aginst the side and next thing I know ........ who said geckos wernt a hazardous hobby thx :knife::wall::furious3::bigcry::behead:

Ouch, I know EXACTLY what that feels like, At work I was using My Razor Blade to Cut a Box open and The Blade Slipped and Cut My Left thumb on the Side all the way from the nail down to My palm. It was about a 4''-5'' Cut. The Worse Part was i watched the whole thing happen and since i was Pulling the Blade toward me with such force i couldnt Stop it from Going, It did end up leaving a Nice Looking Scar.

Good thing you had the hot glue already! Kidding. The things we do for our pets! They only gave you 6 stitches? Looks like it needed more than that. Good luck with the healing.

That a deep cut, but thankfully not in a vital area of the hand ;) Keep it clean and somewhat mobile and it'll heal up fine for you.
