Would letting my leopard geckos walk around on a lawn that's recently been fertilized(like a month ago) do any harm to them? Thanks.

I wouldn't risk it just for the risk of losing them in the grass and I'd imagine there are all kinds of bacteria.

Not a good idea.
Besides the fertilizer, the lawn mix may include
dandelion/other broad leaf chemical destroyers.
Take care. HJ

defo stay away from chemicals of any sort.
but i do take mine out for short periods some times when its hot. my male loves to sun bath. but you have to remember they dont like large open spaces and neither do for that matter just incase a bird trys to fly off with one and not for long as they can get burnt
