Is a 12x12x18 exo terra big enough for a single adult?

Dont want to include the name of the company that sells it but here is the description of it:

Also, does it have to be glass (wire mesh top) or can it be mesh/aluminum all the way around?

Some people claim that the screen cages (mesh all the way around) does not allow for proper humidity unless you are using one of those automatic misters in your cage.
IMO, I think that'll be plenty big enough for one crestie.
