Tell me what you think

I just made these, my first time making fake rocks/hides.

Its grouted styrofoam. The first hide is about 2 inches thick, so enough room for a gecko. The 2nd is about 3 inches thick, plus curls around to where you can't see in the photo.

THere is no paint used here, just grout. and I'm probaly not going to paint it, I think it looks very rock like.

The white spots aren't nearly as noticable in person, the flash in the camera really made them whiter.

If you have any questions on how I did it, or how to do it, feel free to ask :)

Did you seal the grout? It will chip off very easily if you didn't.

What should I use to seal it?

Grout sealer. You can get it from the same place you bought the grout. Do several coats.

Ok thanks

But do I really need that? Because it will just be one like 30 gram leo on it. I don't think it'll chip off if nothing is on it very much.

It doesn't take much to chip the grout. Sealing it also helps it resist moisture and it will be much easier to clean / disinfect.
