Temperature for Leopard Gecko

My Warm side is about 92 Fahrenheit. I use an UTH. The cool side is 70 Fahrenheit. I used a 25 watt moonlite bulb to pring it up to 73 Fahrenheit. Are these temperatures okay? How expensive will the bulb be to operate? Do I need a thermostat for the bulb?

The temperatures are okay as long as the 92 F is the floor surface temperature and not the air temperature on the warm side. :)

The bulb will not cost much to operate, and you do not need a thermostat, but you do need to monitor your temperatures to make sure nothing's overheating. That's something you should be doing regularly anyway with any heating elements.
