Temperature help

I got a "Zilla" thermostat for my tank today, and I'm using a UTH. They're AFTs but the AFT forum isn't very active and I need an answer right away.

The thermostat is set to 90-92ish. I have an outdoor thermometer in there right now (getting a floor one tomorrow) and it reads about 75. Should I be worried? I have the probe on the floor of the tank - is the floor just hot and the air irrelevant? The floor is definitely warm (I couldn't tell you what 92 degrees feels like so I can't say much), I'll radar it tomorrow (I have one of those laser temperature readers at work), but I'm worried the UTH isn't strong enough?
One night with lower temperatures wouldn't hurt them would it? In the wild I'd imagine they'd go through much more difficult scenarios.

Other than that they are doing well it seems, and they're very friendly. They haven't eaten yet but I've read that's normal for newly transported geckos.

You're saying the air temps are 75? If so, that's fine. They get the heat they need through their bellies, so as long as you are able to check the floor temps tomorrow and they're where they should be, it's good.

Thank you! They actually ate already, I was a little surprised. I still have to name them, but they're great. I'll post some pics soon :)
