Temperature Questions

I am using a Repti Temp thermostat and the warm side floor heats to 94 then drops back to 88 and turns back on again. Is it ok that the temp constantly goes up and down by 6 degrees?

My cool side is only 70. Should I use a heat bulb to warm my cool side up?

they can handle the 6 degrees but it would be best if you try to keep it a close as possible. Also don't put a light on your cool side just maybe move the light a tiny bit more to the center.
