i was wondering what a good temperature to keep my cage is i have it at 95 in the hide and 80 as the ambient is this a good temp

You need to be measuring your floor temps not the air temps, are you using a UTH?

80-83F on the floor on one side of the tank, and 91-97F on the warm side on the other side of the tank.

I personally do 84F and 97F, works great for my animals.

the hide is 95 floor temp yes i am using a uth ill check the floor temp of the other side and post it

mines at 95 and 85 so its ok thanks for the help
