Hi, so you know the cooldown and stuff well, I always leave my windows open so the weather is cold know and the room-air temperature is about 60 or a bit lower is this okay, they still have a hotspot.

I think that the temperature is fine, but I would be worried about a draft from the window. I don't use the cool down method but I think that most breeders lower the temperature of their hot spot not the ambient temp. I would keep the ambient temp around 72 and just lower the hot area from 90ish down to 80ish.

If I'm wrong someone please step in, I usually don't speak unless I'm sure but I'm interested to see if I understand myself.

I'm confused.Do u want to cool your animal down or do u just want to know if your ambient temp is good at 60 deg ? In an ordinary situation u want the ambient temp no less than 65 deg.If u want to cool down your leo there is a whole different process
