I was wondering if any of you knew of websites that gave you a template to work with, and do not have advertising?

I THINK... don't quote me on this, that godaddy has a 'hosting' type service that provides templates without ads... but you do pay a fee of about $7-15/month or something, and update the site completely yourself.

well freewebs has templates but ig you dont want advertisements and more features it like $100/year and $200+ for the premium service

setup wordpress and find templates for that, easiest way to go
