While I have 0 experience with Dubia, I think it should be okay until you can get their food. I use then for my mealworms some times and they're gone almost immediately. They love them

Orange cubes are fine, but you don't need any special food for your dubia roaches. They can be fed on whole grain cereal, carrots, and other fresh veggies & fruits. My dubia colony is on a whole grain cereal + carrots diet primarily and they thrive very well.

Just don't feed them dog/cat food, some roach breeders say to use them but they contain too much additives, artificial fillers, chemicals, and lastly they contain too much protein. High protein gut-load is actually bad for your roaches because dubias will get uric acid build up due to high protein diet, and they will cause gout in your geckos.

Mine existed for a while on cheerios, apples, carrots, kale, and some babyfood mixed with vionate and rice cereal. They are roaches and can live for a while on almost anything. I try to buy high quality roach food for mine now so the good nutrition will pass on to my geckos :)
