Temps?

Is there any way to keep eggs at the correct temp and humidity for them to hatch without an incubator? I bought a SHTCT today that is gravid and have no way of buying or building an incubator before she lays! Any help would be awesome!

If you have a room that keeps a steady temperature in the right range you can just leave them in there, look for a thread by GeckoGathering about his shower room incubator for an example.
