The "Clown" project. What is it?

I've heard of this, but I was wondering if anyone knew what it was? I have searched around and found nothing. Seems like Tangerine and jungle to me, but I'd like a definitive answer.

Matt at sasobeck reptiles gave a discription on his face book page a few weeks back try looking there. I own one and can't tell you what's in there but the colors are insane

Yeah I actually saw that, but skimmed over it when it was up since I was busy at the time. Going back though it seems as if the post has been removed from his page.

*Edit* OK I just found it, it was posted in a picture.
