Anybody work with/into frogs of the Hyla or Heterixalus genus?
I passed on a trio of Starry Night Reed Frogs (Heterixalus alboguttatus) a few weeks ago, but have made it up to me by buying a group of Dendropsophus ebracatta (formerly Hyla). I've also got plans to get Dendropsophus leucophyllata, Hyla marmorata, and those starry nights if I can track the lad down I passed on.

For those that don't know how these frogs look, here's some convenient googling:

Heterixalus alboguttatus

Dendropsophus erbacatta

Dendropsophus leucophyllata (bad pic)

I've played around with "treefrogs" before, but it seems I've really got the itch now!

those are some awesome looking frogs... i haven't seen those before. I'm in the process of building a 55gal. vivarium but not sure what kinda animals i want to put in there... Those guys look like some neat candidates. do they do well in groups/ or with other reptiles/ amphibians. I'm just trying to find something that i can have a group of. Don't wanna use all 55 gallons for 1 frog.

ahh, Very cool! Matt and I are looking to set up a viv in a 50 gallon. Can you house males together? I know the dendrobate males can't be housed together but what about the other ones?
