The shedding blues?

I've noticed that a few days before my leo sheds, she barely comes out of hiding, doesn't eat as much, and doesn't want to be held. Is this normal?

Yuppers. Just like a snake. They're miserable and at their most vulnerable when in shed.

Yup normal...just let her be so as not to add more stress to the shedding period.
