Hello all. Just got two new leopards this past weekend. They are so adorable (ill have to get pics up) When I put them in the feeder tank to eat i LOVE the little tail waggle they do just before they strike. Its so cute lol.. Now i know if I ever see them do that with my hand in the cage to pull it out quick lol..
I got some work to do with them though. They both pretty skittish. Its one male and one female (Of course thats what the pet store told me) im not 100% positive though. The "female" is just super cautious/scared etc.. The "male" is the same but I think he maybe a little worst because He will lift his tail and "S" it when you go to pick him up.. And sadly I will admit it does scare me sometimes lol and im sure that dosent help cause he can problem tell.. Anyways Im happy I got them and just wanted to share

I have to tell you a story that made me laugh out loud last night... as I was changing and feeding...I put the temp probe back side the hide as I usually do, but instead of laying flat, the little probe was sticking up, I didnt notice at first until my liittle female went to go back inside her hide, and all of a sudden her tail was held SUPER high, and swaying slowly back and forth in that S. When I looked inside her hide, I saw what she saw...I guess she thought it was an intruder staring back at her....They are SO cute and funny :)

Cool, hope you have fun with your new leo's. there are a lot of 'firsts...' for you to see, like first shed etc. and im sure youll like it.
Be careful about the male and female living together as they can breed prematurely, or just breed if theyre old enough. which can cause a lot of problems.
