Well today was annual review for the company that i work for. We just laid off 75 people company wide.
My thoughts were that i may get a meaker 2% raise if anything at all.
Well to my surprise.......i got a 5.5% raise. No i'm not upper management. No i'm not any form of supervisor. I am a peeon just the average joe.
It's proof that as long as you work hard, give 100% dedication, and just go to work you too can get one hell of a nice raise.
