Thermometer question

Hey guys,
Was wondering what your opinions are on this thermometer
Instead of buying TWO thermometers, one for the cool side one for the hot, what do you guys think of this? Placing the probe on the hot side and the read out(where the second temp readout comes from) on the cool side? I found these looking for a thermometer for my new beardie.

Um.. Very Interesting. I hope someone else has a little more info because that seems like a good idea especially for that price.

ok if these do accurate readings I think they would work but I guess I'm still a newb..anyone else have any idea cause i would grab up a few of these as well!

Getting a temp gun too but just want these to keep in the tank to be able to just glance at and get a reading.
