Thermometers not matching temps

I just set up my incubator. I have two thermometers in there and they are both reading different temps. My zoomed digital thermometer with probe is reading 82.6*f and my exo terra digital with probe is reading 85.6*f. How do I know which is accurate? Any opinions on the two brands? Is there a way to test accuracy before I put eggs in? Thanks

Are the probes in exactly the same location? If so try putting in a 3rd, go with an old mercury type thermometer like the ones that come with the hovabator.

Thanks, now they are only off by a degree, so I'm not as worried
