I found out that we're moving into a new house at the end of January, Merry Christmas to us. I think that I'll try to breed the Leos again, now that we have the space. I want to make a reptile rack for the Leos, but I need some more info on it. What is an adequete size for a plastic tub, for an Adult Leo? Do you guys use Wood as a base(the frame), or another material? Any links for anything? What heat tape does everyone use, and at the back or bottom? Can I have some pics of your homeade rack systems? Thanks!

I think we may start this project next week, is there any opinions, on how to make it? jakemyster(Jake) on here emailed me showing his plans for building an awesome rack system, and I would just wonder if anyone wants to share their's, or if they've already done it.

hey,
I found Heather's rack thread, maybe a little bit bigger than what you were thinking... but I'm sure it could be scaled down in size: http://geckoforums.net/showthread.php?t=32045
Maybe just google them? You just need to decide if you are going to use the lids or not, and depending on that make shelves to fit... If you are not having too many then you can get away with something like this:

just a super long shelf... lol, excuse the mess. Hope that helped...

lol Thanks Jake, I think I'll get some tubs that slide out and go from there maybe, but I'll probably end up using your plan for the rack system. I do have a few problems with where to put the Hovabator, but I think I'll end up just setting it down in a nice, dark and cool closet that's pretty much steady in temperature^^.
