this is what my friend got me from petco

my friend saw this gecko at petco, and knew i had leos, so he saw one that i dont have and got it for me. it is real skiddish now, but so far its eyes are solid black as i can tell. do you know what kind it is?

From what I know... (which is very little, still learning and don't own any leos) I think... it might be a patternless of some sort? I'm really uncertain, but I thought I might as well take a guess. Either way, its a very pretty leo

yes there is type it in the serch box and you'll find lot's of pictures of them. but i doubt that's one. im guessing that's just a normal patternless.

Its an eclipse patty if the eyes are totally black. Its a cool gecko and worth at least 30 bucks. I'd say thanks.

It's a (murphy) patternless. I highly doubt it truely has black solid eyes, though it appears that way. Can you get a closeup of the eye(crop )?

Nice :main_thumbsup: if the eyes are black i'd avoid saying (eclipse) as it's very doutbful it has any RAPTOR ancestry.Go with black eyed patternless then if you breed it breed it to a proven tremper eclipse strain albino or non albino.And IF you get black eyed babys strate off then you can call it a eclipse patternless the babys also.If you don't get any black eyed babys strate off then keep the name black eyed pattenless and work with it.

yea, lol. but i really cant call it anything until i get a true visual of its eyes. for the brief moments that i looked, i just couldnt see any line.

Well one thing is for sure ...it is a really cute patternless. Just make sure you quarentine it.

I was going to say you might want to wait to see what happens after you've and it for a while. I've seen people on this forum have something from a pet store for a month or two and they COMPLETELY change.
